I feel so blessed to have found Sollid Yoga and be guided through my practice with amazing instructors. Katie Sollid is motivating, challenges her students to try new and difficult poses by building our confidence and encouraging us. For me personally, yoga has given me a way to exercise again, after having hip surgery. I can no longer tolerate the same high impact classes I once could, but fortunately, through the variety of classes Sollid Yoga offers I can still leave class sopping from sweat and feeling my muscles burn, or attend a gentle or slow flow class that offers relaxation. It's a win, win!
I have been on the most wonderful journey this past year, and it all started when i joined Sollid Yoga Studio. Thank you Katie for bringing Sollid Yoga to Owatonna, and all of the great support in making me a better person inside and out. Your positive energy and motivation make it easy for me to come back day after day. I have met some wonderful yogie friends. Namaste.
I have been going to Sollid Yoga for half a year now.Let me tell you,people,hot yoga has saved my back and improved HUGE issues with my core muscle group.Besides,the atmosphere that Katie creates,is unique and very comfortable and family like. I sincerely recommend it.
